Credits: one simple currency
1 credit is one minute of a recorded call, and a Magic window question is 5 credits. A lighter note uses less: switch off what you don't need in settings and a minute costs as little as 0.7 credits. Plan credits renew every month; purchased credits are added on top and never expire.

Common questions
Is recording conversations legal?
Rules differ by country — in many, a participant may record their own conversation. For full transparency Somple can also play a recording notice, and we provide ready-made documents covering your duty to inform. Check the rules that apply where you are.
Will the other person hear the recording notice?
Yes, if you turn it on. The device speaker sits next to your phone’s microphone, so the other side hears it too. You choose the wording in the app.
iPhone or Android?
Both. The Somple app runs on iOS and Android, and the device pairs with either.
Does the device drain my phone battery?
No — it has its own battery lasting days, charged over USB-C.
What if I have no internet?
The device records regardless of signal and the app uploads everything once you are back online. Nothing gets lost.
How do the plans differ?
Lite, Pro and Max are per person: everyone picks their own and pays for themselves. Lite (79 PLN, 600 credits) turns every call into a summary, tasks, deadlines and promises. Pro (199 PLN, 900 credits) adds payments, decisions, client details, insights and account memory. Max (399 PLN, 1500 credits) adds full sales analysis and recognition of your voice. 1 credit is a minute of recording with a note, a Magic window question is 5 credits, and every recording uses at least 3. The SOMPLE kit includes 60 credits a month at no charge. Without a plan the app captures and plays back calls but makes no AI notes. Team is for companies of 3+ people: 229 PLN per person per month, everything in Pro plus a manager panel, team statistics and onboarding support. Out of credits? Add 300 for 69 PLN or 600 for 119 PLN; purchased credits never expire.
